Stoke Park

Stoke Park is a leading 5 Red Star country club, hotel and resort. The property is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotel of the World Consortium and maintains a very high profile, internationally and domestically. The club was awarded IIP status in 2004 and 2008. The role operated as Club Director and public face of the Estate. Reporting  directly  to  the  Managing  Director  and  Owner, remit included implementing  key  strategies,  initiatives,  and  brand  development.  Director level reports. 

Revenue Generation
Leeds Castle

Realised 40% growth for the hospitality arm of Leeds Castle over a 3-year period of providing support to the Chief  Executive and team on improving product and sales/marketing outcomes. Transforming the sales potential of 3 areas of the castle by implementing concept, planning and delivery of refurbishment of rooms. Extracting maximum value from wedding and corporate arm of the business by masterminding and executing commercial development initiatives. Creating a highly profitable bed and breakfast operation, having identified potential in underused accommodation on the estate. Leveraging staff skills and capabilities by delivering a programme of training and development to the hospitality team and writing extensive new SOP manuals for the front of house teams.

Business Planning
4,000 Acre Country Estate

Significantly improved the operations by working with the Owner/Chief Executive on enhancing the existing business and expanding the accommodation and guest offering; essentially developing a comprehensive business plan for the entire estate, covering present business and 5 additional revenue streams.
