The associates team is headed up by Mark Fagan a successful top-level leader with +20 years’ experience in the luxury hotel and hospitality industry. Previously, Mark was General Manager at Stoke Park, a leading country club with a worldwide reputation for excellence. Other career highlights include playing a pivotal role in the planning stages of the prestigious new London Dunhill Club in Mayfair and Wembley National Stadium.

Sought out by major clients such as The Royal Albert Hall, Kent County Council, Leeds Castle, Mid Kent College, Adanaiseig Hotel Scotland, Loyton Lodge, Big Ideas Group and The Wasing Estate. Notably, he was a key driving force behind 40% growth for the hospitality arm of Leeds Castle over a 3-year period.

Mark is highly credible with strong commercial acumen, integrity and shrewd judgement. His engaging and energising leadership style achieves high-performance. And a willingness to challenge constructively to achieve best possible outcomes. Well-qualified, he is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality (FIH) and Hospitality Professionals Association (FHOSPA).

Mark's career features numerous accolades and honours, including the Freedom of the City of London, Chevalier of the Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne and Ambassador for Buckinghamshire. In 2014, elected as Chairman of the Champagne Academy, having served on the board of the Academy since 2008.
